As time has brewed many of our society’s construction, service and manufacturing providers have slowed down, lacked in quality ( just as a piece of 2x4 lumber once equaled 2 by 4 inches) many also forgot what customer service means, sadly in most cases it’s just after a contract has been agreed upon.
